3 ton grip package with F550 studio truck

Our 3 ton grip trucks come fully equipped with an elevated take on the industry-standards we all expect when working with a grip rental package. Checkout our Fleet Page for 4×4 truck options, available for locations with difficult terrain!

Our standard 3 ton grip trucks are built on Ford F550 chassis with 17ft cargo boxes (19,500 lbs. GVWR) plus large Palfinger platform lift gates. Our trucks are also built to tow, using pintle style hitches rated at 16,000 pounds.

From there, we add custom stainless steel jockey boxes, back up cameras and modern stereo systems to support the camera’s video feed, plus CarPlay and Android Auto for safe, hands-free driving.

For steel and aluminum pipe (always included in our 3 ton grip packages), our trucks have custom underbody storage compartments with dividers to separate pipe based on length. This addition keeps the pipe organized and the weight distribution low, for better handling while driving.

For the cargo interior, we install overhead racks, an aluminum expendables storage box and a removable 4×8 racking system. We keep the floor as open as possible, utilizing custom fabricated studio carts, so your gear can load and unload quickly and safely.
