Aputure Electro Storm CS15 RGB LED

The Aputure Electro Storm CS15 RGB LED Monolight is a full-color high-output point-source LED fixture. It features dual accessory mounts, multiple connectivity options, near-infinite color control, and weather-resistant construction. The Electro Storm CS15 is the most powerful light that can run on a single 20A household circuit. In many ways, the Aputure CS15 is the “big brother” to the popular Aputure LS 600c Pro.

The Aputure Electro Storm CS15 draws up to 2200W, using 1500W to power the LED light engine. It outperforms 5K tungsten Fresnels and matches the output of 1.8K HMIs, while adding the versatility of a high-output RGB fixture.

The ES CS15 has a dual Bowens Mount and all-new electronic Aputure Mount (A Mount). This allows mounting of Bowens mount modifiers like Aputure Domes, as well as all-new Aputure Reflectors, ellipsoidals, or the new Aputure F14 Fresnel. The Yoke is removable and can be replaced with Aputure’s motorized yoke for easy adjustments and moving light effects.

With output color temperatures from 2000K to 10,000K, green-magenta color correction, and HSI color settings, the CS15 is the perfect choice to match the color of other practical lights. For perfect color rendition, It offers an incredible CRI and TLCI of 98, and SSI scores from 86 to 89. This makes it a top performer for color accuracy in the point-source LED category.

The Electro Storm CS15 includes all the connectivity options we’ve come to expect from Aputure, including Sidus Link for iOS/Android, LumenRadio CRMX, Art-net & sACN via etherCON, and DMX512. Built for real-world use, the CS15’s IP65 rating means the light can be used outdoors, even in heavy rain.

Please note, this light should only be used by trained professionals. The combined weight of the light, control box, and accessories is about 90 pounds. Maximum output requires more power than can be provided from a single 15A household circuit. This and all high-output lights can be dangerous if used improperly.
