High-Speed DMX LED Decoder – 4-Channel (RGBW or RGBA)

This high-speed DMX decoder features a 5,000 Hz PWM output frequency, making it ideal for use in TV and film production. The high frequency ensures flicker-free performance, even when viewed through high-speed cameras. We recommend these fast decoders for any lighting that may appear on camera.

The decoder accepts a DMX signal from any standard DMX console or controller and converts it to drive multi-channel LED fixtures, including:

4-wire RGB lights
5-wire RGBW or RGBA lights
LED wall washers
LED strip lighting
LED modules
This model replaces the DMX-3-5000, now offering an extra channel at no additional cost. If your setup only requires three channels, the fourth can be left unused without issue.

Power & Compatibility:

Comes pre-mounted with a 12V power supply
Compatible with both 12V and 24V DC input
Requires an Ethernet to DMX 5-pin adapter if using 5-pin XLR data cable
Output and Control:

Supports up to 4 output channels (typically Red, Green, Blue, and White or Amber)
Outputs are PWM dimming signals, individually controlled via DMX input
DIP switches allow manual setting of the starting DMX address
Built-in termination resistor (activated via switch 10) improves signal stability over long runs
