As we gradually reopen for business, protecting our staff and clients is our top priority as we work together to move forward from these challenging times. After careful study of California’s Stay At Home order and California’s phased reopening guidelines, we have restructured our workflow to prevent our staff and our customers from being exposed to COVID-19 — while at the same time ensuring our services continue to provide the highest quality possible.
Reopening after COVID-19
Our hours are changing weekly. As of May 10, smaller orders are starting to trickle in. Currently, we are open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday but can be available anytime by appointment. Most rentals have been curbside deliveries and pickups. The bottom line is that if you need rental equipment, we will always be here for you — and we will work with you to get it done safely. Curbside delivery and pickup
Our studio fleet consists of a wide range of vehicles that are available for deliveries. We are happy to accommodate any time and location in the southwestern United States.
We are proud to offer free delivery for locations within the 30-mile studio zone (some restrictions apply). If you would like to prep your order at our Burbank warehouse, we will provide a clean and sterile environment for you to work.

We exercise careful hygiene and social distancing to protect our staff and clients. All Geronimo Creek common areas will be equipped with hand sanitizer, disinfecting cleaning products for gear, and free gloves and masks for anyone who needs them.
Our staff has been committed to practicing social distancing when at Geronimo Creek and at home. We also wear masks, so we ask our clients to please do the same. If anyone on your team is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please refrain from visiting our facilities. We are always happy to coordinate delivery to safely accommodate your rental.
Cleaning measures and precautions
All equipment is deep cleaned and disinfected upon arrival at our facility. We use a combination of 70% isopropyl alcohol and medical-grade disinfectant (Simple Green d PRO 3 PLUS™) to ensure all equipment is safe to use on the next order.
All of our grip trucks and vans are also deep cleaned with disinfectant, both before and after rentals. High touch-point areas, such as door handles, steering wheels, and interior knobs and handles are also thoroughly scrubbed.
At our facility, all common areas and touchpoints will be regularly disinfected throughout the day. Our customer restroom has been updated with a medical-grade faucet for better handwashing practices and is disinfected daily with Clorox-based cleaning products.
